Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Product Policy

Sevlex provides a digital compliance assessment report that is generated and delivered immediately upon successful payment. Because the Report is a digitally delivered, personalised product consumed immediately upon delivery, we follow a strict no-refund policy as a general rule.

2. Eligible Refund Situations

We will issue a full refund if: payment was successfully charged but the Report was never generated or delivered due to a technical failure on our end, a duplicate payment was charged for the same order, or payment was charged but you received a server error and no report was accessible.

3. Non-Eligible Situations

Refunds will not be issued if: you completed the questionnaire and received your Report but are dissatisfied with the content, you changed your mind after receiving the Report, or you provided inaccurate information that affected Report quality.

4. How to Request a Refund

Contact us within 7 days of purchase at info@sevlex.com with your name, email, Razorpay payment ID, and description of the issue. We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

5. Cancellations

As our service is a one-time digital report with no recurring subscription, there is nothing to cancel after purchase. If you have started the questionnaire but not yet completed payment, simply close the browser — no charge has been made.
