This Privacy Policy describes how Sevlex collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our SOC 2 compliance assessment service at sevlex.com.
We collect information you provide directly when using our service: company name and contact information (name, email address), company details (size, industry, country, technology stack), compliance-related information (security controls, policies, tools in use), and payment information processed securely through Razorpay — we do not store card details.
We use the information you provide solely to: generate your personalised SOC 2 compliance gap assessment report, deliver your report via email, process your payment securely, improve the accuracy and quality of our assessment engine, and send transactional emails related to your purchase. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your responses are processed to generate your report and are not stored permanently on our servers beyond what is necessary for report delivery. Payment transactions are handled by Razorpay and are subject to their privacy policy and PCI-DSS compliance standards. We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit.
We use the following third-party services: Razorpay (payment processing), Anthropic (AI report generation), Resend (email delivery), and Vercel (hosting). Each is subject to their own privacy policies.
We use minimal cookies necessary for the operation of our service. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide the service. Report data is retained for a maximum of 90 days after generation.
