The Report generated by Sevlex is an AI-assisted readiness assessment tool. It is not professional legal, audit, or compliance advice. It does not constitute a formal audit, certification, or attestation of any kind. Sevlex is not a licensed auditor, law firm, or compliance firm. You should consult qualified compliance professionals before making decisions based on the Report.
Payment is processed securely through Razorpay. The Report is delivered digitally upon successful payment confirmation — immediately, on-screen and via email.
The Report is licensed for your personal and internal business use only. You may not resell or redistribute it without our prior written consent. The Sevlex platform and AI engine remain the exclusive property of Sevlex Technologies.
The accuracy of your Report depends on the accuracy of the information you provide. Sevlex is not responsible for inaccurate assessments resulting from incomplete or incorrect inputs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sevlex's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Report.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
